The most important decisions about your company aren't being made in your boardroom.

The policy discussions defining the next era of your business are being shaped in real time and against a swiftly changing geopolitical and technological reality that is reshaping nearly every industry simultaneously. The organizations that win aren’t always the largest or the best resourced. They’re the ones best understood — by the right people, at the right moment.

About

Built to fill the space between
innovation and governance.

“We translate technical complexity into narratives that move the media, public, lawmakers, and markets toward the outcomes our clients need.”

The policy environment surrounding the industries defining the next era — technology, energy, defense, financial services, and the emerging sectors feeding them — is being shaped in real time. The organizations best positioned to shape it are not always the largest or the best resourced. They are the ones best understood — by the right people, at the right moment.

Pronoia Advisors was built at that intersection. We work with organizations whose most consequential challenges sit at the intersection of technical complexity and political consequence — translating what they do into narratives that move the media, lawmakers, regulators, and markets toward the outcomes they need.

With roots in Boston and Washington, D.C., the firm’s Principal brings decades of experience in strategic communications, law, government, politics, and media — at the highest levels, including the White House — resulting in deep technical fluency and an intimate knowledge of the people, process, and politics that drive outcomes.

Speak the Language
Technologists, lawmakers, regulators, the media — each has its own language. We translate among them to ensure your message is heard.
Create the Weather
We don’t respond to the political environment — we shape it. The narratives, relationships, and timing that create the conditions under which the right decisions get made.
Operate as Partners
We don’t hand over a strategy document. We operate alongside you — in the moments that matter, with the expertise required to win in complex and dynamic environments.

Services

Expert integration of core services into campaigns that win.

Media & Narrative Strategy
The translation layer. We make complex technology legible — building the narratives that move media, public, lawmakers, and markets, whether you’re capturing opportunity or navigating a crisis.
Public Affairs & Policy
We build the government relationships, policy intelligence, and coalition standing that determine whether your organization is shaping the rules — or subject to them. Federal and state.
Executive Positioning & Thought Leadership
We shape how your leaders are understood by the press, policymakers, and institutions that decide whether your organization has a seat at the table.
Digital Strategy
The infrastructure and intelligence that puts those narratives in front of the right audiences — and tracks whether they’re landing.
Technical Credibility Positioning
We translate your security posture, cyber narrative, and technical architecture into the language of lawmakers, regulators, and buyers — establishing the market differentiation that drives policy standing, procurement advantage, and adoption.
